Overhead Zero

Overhead Zero is the personal site of Nick Johnson, a former Intuit AI and data science professional who is named as co-inventor on two granted U.S. patents. He now owns a plumbing and HVAC business in Delaware, Ohio, where he shares real operational results and systems from running the company. The site presents revenue and booking figures from the business's ServiceTitan dashboard and offers free 30-minute calls or on-site visits to discuss where other small businesses might be losing time and money. It targets small business owners interested in applying data-driven systems thinking to their own operations.
