The Ben Orgenda Foundation

The Ben Orgenda Foundation (BOF) is a Pan-African Social & Economic Development Foundation committed to Strengthening Africa’s Economic Future. Founded by Terseer Benjamin Orgenda in September 2025 and registered in Nigeria in February 2026, BOF works to empower young people, advance women, grow enterprises and transform communities across Africa.

The Foundation focuses on youth development and leadership, women’s advancement, enterprise development, education and capacity building, research and policy engagement, mentorship, professional exposure, community development and strategic partnerships. Through programmes, collaborations and resource mobilisation, BOF works to bridge gaps between potential, opportunity, systems and access.

Since September 2025, BOF has reached over 500 people across three communities through its programmes, school outreach and Youth Leadership & Innovation Summit, and has supported over 50 entrepreneurs. Its growing network of partners and advisers supports its commitment to building stronger people, enterprises and communities for Africa’s sustainable development.
