Treetops Yoga

Treetops Yoga offers beginner-friendly online yoga classes and private 1:1 sessions designed to help students move, breathe and reconnect with themselves from wherever they are. The practice is led by Roberto, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher trained in both the UK and India, who views yoga as a practice for body and mind together. Classes include Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, meditation and breathwork, and custom sessions tailored to individual pace and goals. The approach is relaxed and encouraging, welcoming complete beginners as well as more experienced students, with simple modifications offered so everyone can progress at their own pace without pressure or judgement.
