Brian C. Glasser Architect

Brian C. Glasser Architect is a design studio led by Brian Glasser, a registered architect in New York and Florida, creating luxury homes from first sketch to finished house. The practice has also worked on libraries, museums, cultural centers and public spaces. Work begins with careful study of the land, drawing on regional traditions such as Long Island's Shingle Style and Florida's shaded porches, adapted for contemporary living. Projects emphasize durable natural materials, high-performance building envelopes and detailed craftsmanship. Brian personally leads each project from initial site walk through concept design, design development, permitting and construction documents, working closely with clients on budget and design decisions throughout.
