Alpine Forensic Consulting is a forensic medicine practice in Sion, Valais, offering independent medico-legal expertise for complex, sensitive or disputed cases. It works with legal professionals, private clients, insurers, institutions and public or private organisations. The practice assesses causation, injury patterns and clinical plausibility, critically reviews medical records, reports and existing expert opinions, and provides strategic support ahead of proceedings or negotiations. Each mandate is handled personally by Dr. med. Bettina Schrag, an FMH-certified specialist in forensic medicine with more than 20 years of experience in the field, including over 13 years leading a cantonal service. Services are available in French, German and English, with an emphasis on clear, usable conclusions.
