Social Mango, a service from Mango Media in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, provides social media management for Caribbean hospitality businesses. It combines original photography, cinematic video, strategy, posting, community management and monthly reporting under one retainer, with Instagram and Facebook as standard and TikTok where it fits. Content is shot on property during a monthly production day rather than pulled from stock. Clients can view their calendar, approve posts and read reports through a private platform. The team brings twenty five years of hospitality experience, fourteen of them in the Virgin Islands, and is developing AI tools to help learn and plan brand content.
