This Auckland-based practice offers couples therapy, private intensives and adventure retreats for long-term couples, both in person and online. The founder, with 15 years of clinical practice, a Master's in Counselling, and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and sex therapy, works with couples to resolve recurring conflicts and rebuild intimacy. Sessions combine Western approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, sex therapy and Hakomi with Eastern practices like tantra, polarity and breathwork, addressing relationships on emotional, physical and mental levels. Retreats are co-led with a partner also trained under David Deida.
