A Slice of Support

A Slice of Support (ASOS) is a nonprofit social enterprise founded in 2021 that teaches baking as both a craft and a vocational skill. Through workshops, it helps people, including women and underprivileged children, develop entrepreneurial and business skills to build their own livelihoods. The organization runs hands-on baking classes and interactive skill-building sessions in schools, NGOs, and community centers. It also organizes bake sales to raise seed funding and has helped set up cloud kitchens in partner NGOs. ASOS blends compassion with practical skill-building, aiming to turn baking into a path toward independence, dignity, and opportunity for its members.
