Field Investigator Academy

Field Investigator Academy provides practical workplace incident investigation training for supervisors, HSE teams and emergency responders in Western Australia. Led by Marcus Rader, a former police detective and government mines inspector with over 20 years of investigation experience, the academy teaches professionals to ask the right questions, gather reliable evidence and produce clear, defensible reports. Training options include a self-paced online course with video lessons, workbooks and templates, one-day and three-day on-site sessions, and 12-month partnership programs for building ongoing site capability.
