Switchyard helps property managers move their data from one property management software system to another. The team exports, cleans and maps ledgers, leases, trial balances, units and other records from an old PMS, then delivers import-ready files along with balance tie-out reports for the new vendor's team. Pricing is a flat $1,000 per property regardless of unit count. The process runs through scoping, export, mapping and cleaning, and handoff with vendor coordination.
