yéŋ

yéŋ is a small design project behind néŋ, a hand-stitched A5 notebook. Each copy has 128 pages of 90 gsm ivory paper, bound in eight signatures with a Coptic chain stitch and an open spine, held together by a single length of waxed red linen thread. The covers are uncoated 2mm board with square corners and no printing, keeping the stitched construction as the only decoration. The edition is limited to 50 numbered copies, each accompanied by a signed, hand-dated maker's card. This first edition was made exclusively for a private circle and is not currently available for purchase.
