The Chest Mount

The Chest Mount is a documentary and educational project publishing police body-worn camera footage obtained through public-records requests. It covers traffic stops, arrests and calls for service, presenting full incidents rather than short clips, along with written breakdowns and explainers of notable cases. The site maintains a growing case library of over thirty files, each tagged with location, incident type and date where known, plus short-form video clips. It also offers know-your-rights resources. The project is not affiliated with any police department, and everyone shown is presumed innocent.
