Founded in 2019 by Roger Daniel, who brings around 30 years of legal and business experience, the firm offers discreet, flexible senior support without the commitment of a full-time director appointment. Services include board and director consultancy, review of business structure and performance, and support with growth, market development and negotiation. Roger works personally with clients, bringing cross-sector perspective and a single, personal point of contact to significant business decisions. Much of the firm's work comes through introductions and referrals from existing clients.
