Mendwicket

Mendwicket is a software workspace built for owners and managers of small commercial properties. Owners can store a record for each property they manage, including its name and address, and keep a list of approved vendors linked to each property, complete with trade, contact details and notes, with the option to archive vendors no longer in use. Commercial tenants can report repairs through a simple online form without creating an account, entering the property address, their unit or suite, the type of repair and a short description, with optional photos. Each request is then matched to the owner's workspace for that property, giving everyone a straightforward starting point for getting repairs handled.
