EMDR Anchored

EMDR Anchored offers consultation services led by Kristina Ricker, PhD, LCSW, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. The practice supports clinicians working toward EMDR certification with structured individual and group consultation that documents hours and sharpens protocol fidelity. It also provides a judgment-free refresher program for trained clinicians returning to EMDR after time away, focusing on rebuilding confidence and skill. A members-only learning library offers video lessons, worksheets, and case walkthroughs for counselors, social workers, psychologists, and other helping professionals. Sessions are available individually or in groups, online, serving clients in Nevada, New York, and beyond.
