Global Managed Properties

Global Managed Properties restores and manages historic buildings across Malta, offering an eleven-room harbourside hotel in Birgu alongside one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Valletta, Mdina and Sliema. The company owns each property, carries out restoration works using traditional materials such as Globigerina limestone and lime mortar, and manages every stay itself, from cleaning to guest care. Each address is a listed or scheduled building, some dating back as far as 1624. Rates are quoted as low-season nightly prices with a two-night minimum, and all bookings are handled directly with personal responses to enquiries. The collection currently spans nine properties across four Maltese localities.
