Elevon Technical Operations

Elevon Technical Operations connects licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul shops and airlines across Calgary, Alberta, and Western Canada. The company supplies contract and surge labour for line work, heavy checks, modifications, and aircraft handovers. Shops gain access to vetted, licence-confirmed personnel for short-notice coverage while retaining maintenance release and AMO certificate authority. Engineers gain concrete contract assignments with confirmed aircraft types and shift schedules, and those who stay in the work can share profit and own part of the company. Positioned as a technical operations matching service rather than a general temp agency, Elevon focuses on Western Canada, with its home base at Calgary International Airport.
