HENCE

HENCE is a Swiss software service that automates the handling of incoming invoices and documents. It captures receipts via email, scanner, folder or app, extracts supplier, amount, VAT and due-date data, routes them to the right approvers based on rules, posts the booking into the company's ERP system, and archives everything in a tamper-proof, audit-ready archive. It connects to systems such as Abacus, Bexio, Sage, Proffix, Opacc, Topal, SAP Business One, Infoniqa ONE 200, myfactory and Comatic. Hosting is based in Zurich and Lausanne, with archiving compliant with Swiss GeBüV rules and OR articles 957–958f.
