HitchPilot

HitchPilot is software built for trailer rental owners who want their business to run without constant hands-on involvement. Renters book, sign agreements, upload their license and pay directly from their phone in about two minutes. The platform automatically sends confirmation and pickup texts with lockbox codes, holds refundable deposits, issues return reminders, and charges late fees with escalating notices when trailers aren't returned on time. Owners get a single dashboard showing what's going out, what's due back, what's late and monthly revenue. There is no monthly fee, setup fee or contract — instead HitchPilot charges 4% per online booking, with the first $2,000 free.
