APEFOODT (Asociación Peruana de Food Truck)

APEFOODT is a nonprofit trade association representing food truck entrepreneurs across Peru. It promotes the formal, orderly, and sustainable development of mobile gastronomy in the country. The association provides technical and institutional guidance to entrepreneurs seeking to formalize their food truck businesses under Law No. 32524, which promotes the formalization and strengthening of gastronomic vehicle business models. APEFOODT played an active role in shaping this legal framework and continues to coordinate with government bodies such as PRODUCE, sanitary authorities, and municipalities. Its focus is on technical orientation, formal registration support, and institutional coordination for food truck operators nationwide.
