The Million Dollar Prompt

The Million Dollar Prompt is an experimental web project inspired by The Million Dollar Homepage, letting visitors each contribute one line to a shared, evolving prompt of up to 32,000 tokens. As the prompt grows, frozen versions are periodically fed to an AI model as a system instruction, and the same set of questions is asked each time to see how the collective input changes its answers. Contributions, including an optional name and website, are public and permanent. Visitors can also copy the current prompt to test it themselves in any chat tool. The project is a playful exploration of collaborative writing and its effect on AI behaviour.
