RUNDOK

RUNDOK is an inspection app and back-office service operated by the engineering firm Ingenieurbüro IBW in Munich. It turns what field staff already see during site walkthroughs into legally sound documentation: photos, findings with legal basis, reports, tickets with deadlines, reminders under VOB/B contract law, and completion confirmations. The app runs on iPhone and Android, works offline without a user account, and is free for field staff, while contractors need no account either. The office cockpit, run by IBW, manages the workflow centrally without third-party hosting. The company highlights that the value lies not in any single feature but in the full chain from photo to sign-off, including automatic deadline tracking.
