StagingPlan

StagingPlan is software built for home staging companies to manage their furniture inventory, jobs and client proposals. Users photograph pieces to add them to a searchable collection, then build jobs by allocating what is actually free for given dates, avoiding double-bookings. Proposals are sent as signable links that vendors can view and sign on their phone, with read receipts. The system supports extending jobs by the week, invoicing through Xero, and tracking damaged items with photo history. Users can export all their data at any time. It originated as the in-house system for a real Auckland staging company managing over a thousand pieces before being offered to others.
