The Architecture Office 11 01

The Architecture Office 11 01 is an architecture and interior design practice led by architect Silviu-Alexandru Preda, with studios in Bucharest and Pitești, Romania. The team designs houses, apartments, offices and public interiors, following each commission from the first sketch through to the final detail on site. The studio describes its approach as starting from an idea rather than a style, taking the brief, budget and site constraints seriously while looking for the atmosphere a space can hold through light, material and the way rooms connect. Its work has received prizes and mentions at regional architecture annuals and has been exhibited in Bucharest, with projects also featured in publications on Romanian houses.
