LAB7

LAB7 is a 1:1 high-performance football mentoring programme founded by Rapha D'Lira, a former professional player in Brazil and non-league player in England. The programme combines elite training methodology, performance science and tactical development with direct access to figures inside the professional game, including FIFA agents, scouts, performance staff and US college soccer pathways. Its method is built around six pillars covering physical conditioning, tactical work, video analysis, nutrition, mental performance and networking, with each plan shaped by individual testing. LAB7 aims to help footballers develop both on and off the pitch, bridging personal mentoring with real routes into professional and collegiate football.
