05 ММ (05 MM) EOOD

05 MM EOOD is a Sofia-based studio working on buildings, interiors and property deals. It handles surveying, design, construction and renovation of existing buildings, along with interior design and furnishing tailored to a space's actual light and layout. The studio also trades goods domestically and abroad, arranges real estate transactions, and offers consultation and advertising for properties. Rather than promising quick magazine-style results, it emphasizes an ordered process: inspection, survey, understanding structural and technical constraints, budgeting, and a weekly schedule, followed by work that can be formally accepted. It serves clients in older and newer residential buildings across the city, aiming to keep design, construction and property-related tasks coordinated under one team.
