Working in shifts from Nairobi, the team is available across the day so clients aren't left waiting on office hours. Services span data cleaning, coding, statistics, regression and survey design through to inbox management, transcription, data entry and document formatting. Projects begin with a free discovery call, followed by a fixed-price written scope, with most work moving from first contact to signed scope within two working days. Clients are paired with named team members rather than a rotating pool, working across tools like SPSS, Stata, R, Python, Power BI, Google Workspace and Notion.
