Bemquisto

Bemquisto is a Brazilian service that helps condominium managers (síndicos) and administradoras track resident satisfaction. Every quarter it sends a short survey by link and WhatsApp, asking residents to rate services separately—portaria, cleaning, maintenance, common areas, construction—and links each score to the outsourced provider responsible. Responses are anonymous, and the results are compiled into a one-page report ready to present at the condominium assembly and attach to meeting minutes. The tool aims to replace guesswork and last-minute spreadsheets with ongoing, documented feedback, helping managers detect dissatisfaction early, justify contract renewals with evidence, and identify which specific provider is affecting quality.
