Bharat Vyas

Bharat Vyas is a Mumbai-based Chartered Accountant with about seven and a half years of experience in statutory audit, gained across the EY, KPMG and Mazars networks. His work covers Ind AS and Indian GAAP financial statements, Schedule III, CARO reporting and IFRS 16 leases, including planning engagements, testing controls and transactions, and finalising financial statements and audit reports. He has audited companies in e-commerce, visa processing and IT sectors, and has prepared standalone and consolidated financial statements, Indian GAAP to Ind AS conversions, and Form 3CD tax audit reports. He currently works as Assistant Manager at S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, part of the EY network.
