CACCE (Cambodia Agriculture and Construction Center of Excellence)

CACCE is a technical and vocational education and training institution in Cambodia, recognised by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. It equips Cambodian youth with practical, job-ready skills in modern agriculture and construction, including column formwork, rebar work, and greenhouse seedling production. Through an integrated "Earn and Learn" model, students complete productive on-site workplace placements, earning income and a living allowance while learning under experienced industry practitioners. Graduates are assessed and certified in collaboration with DGTVET, professional institutes, and employers, preparing them to become entrepreneurs or skilled professionals ready for employment in Cambodia and abroad.
