Clearbrook Heating and Air

Clearbrook Heating and Air serves Seattle and surrounding areas, focusing on homes that predate central air and lack existing ductwork. Owned by Kellan Mercer, the company specializes in ductless mini-split installation and repair, as well as central air and heating services for newer ducted homes. Offerings include AC repair, multi-zone ductless installation, furnace and heat pump repair, seasonal maintenance plans, system diagnostics, and indoor air quality filtration. Every job includes a free on-site diagnosis followed by a firm written quote before work begins. The business is based at 500 S Portland St in Seattle and is built around the specific needs of the city's older, non-ducted housing stock.
