Description

Dexora Exchange occupies a former beef exchange building at 192 East Street, Rockhampton, keeping the original auction rostrum, trading board and brass rail. The venue combines a kitchen that dry-ages its own beef with ten card tables set out on the old selling floor. Evenings run in structured 'lots' rather than continuous sittings, with tally chips used only to keep points within a lot — there is no wagering, no prize money and no online play. The room holds around ninety people. It is licensed and restricted to adults 18 and over, with no gaming machines on site.

Opening hours: Four lots on Friday, two on Wednesday
