Led personally by Douglas Hodo, the service works with clients anywhere in the country by phone and video, meeting them in their own time zone and schedule. A free initial conversation of 30 to 45 minutes helps clients identify their most pressing issue and next steps. Clients speak directly with the person doing the work rather than an assistant or call center. The approach is calm and patient, helping people sort through complicated paperwork and emotions to find a clear, manageable plan forward.
