Estimex prepares quantity takeoffs and priced construction estimates for general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and homeowners. Drawings are turned into CSI MasterFormat workbooks (Excel and PDF) with every quantity marked up on the plans, allowing clients to verify the work before bidding. Deliverables are tailored to the client type, from full bid forms for general contractors to trade-specific takeoffs for subcontractors, material lists for suppliers, and plain-English cost summaries for homeowners. Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 business days, with two estimators assigned to every job.
