Greenbelt Conservancy

Greenbelt Conservancy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for the parks and open space of the Greenbelt in Staten Island, New York. Through education, conservation, research and recreation programs, the Conservancy supports over 2,800 acres and 35+ miles of trails. The organization offers public programs, educational activities, events, and volunteer opportunities, and operates facilities including the Greenbelt Nature Center and Carousel for All Children. It also hosts community events such as races and fundraising galas, and provides spaces for parties and rentals. Members and donors help sustain the Greenbelt's natural resources for the local community to enjoy.
