Grünerka

Grünerka is a residential development project offering 26 new passive houses in Banská Štiavnica, a historic UNESCO World Heritage town in Slovakia. The project provides eight house types, ranging from smaller single-storey homes to larger two-storey or terraced houses, allowing buyers to choose according to their needs. All houses are built to passive house standards and can be personalized with features such as an outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi, pool, sauna, or wine cellar. The house price includes the plot and complete infrastructure, including roads, sidewalks, lighting, water, sewage, and utility connections. The location combines historic charm with modern convenience near the town center.
