Hallway Photos

Hallway Photos is a photo backup app that turns a home computer into a private family photo library. Phones back up automatically over home Wi-Fi in original quality, saved as ordinary files rather than into a company cloud. Users install a host on a Windows PC, add family members via account or invite code, and set per-album rules to keep, offload, or ignore photos. Every transfer is checksum-verified before phone storage is freed. Each family member gets their own folder within a shared household library. There's no subscription for local sync, and the developer states it runs no server that receives users' photos or videos.
