Issuustack

Issuustack is a Chrome extension that helps publishers back up their entire Issuu library. It downloads the original PDF of every publication in a user's Issuu account to their own computer, checks each file for accuracy, and keeps a clear record of what has been backed up. The tool reads a user's library through their own Issuu session without requesting their password, and lets users choose a destination folder before starting. Each download is verified against Issuu's file size, confirmed to be a genuine PDF, and checksummed. Backups are resumable if interrupted. Two magazines can be backed up for free before purchase.
