JamTake

JamTake is an app that turns iPhone or iPad into a music practice workspace by connecting instruments through compatible USB audio hardware such as interfaces, effects pedals or amplifiers. Musicians can practise along with backing tracks, loop and slow down tricky sections, and record complete takes including both the backing track and their own instrument. The app works with class-compliant USB audio devices, with certain models tested and confirmed to work, while others are listed based on manufacturer specifications. Users can also submit their own compatibility reports to help expand the list of supported gear. JamTake suits guitarists, drummers, vocalists and other instrumentalists looking to refine their practice sessions.
