Louis Products makes single-origin chocolate in Quito, Ecuador, using Cacao Nacional, Fino de Aroma. Working bean to couverture, the company produces drops, bars and blocks for brands, pastry houses and chocolatiers, offering single-origin chocolate or custom formulas. Formulas are developed with chocolatier Philippe Chatelain, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, whose name appears on every technical sheet. The cacao is sourced directly from cooperatives such as UOPROCAE, working with over 500 families moving toward Fairtrade and Organic certification. The business traces its process from forest to factory, covering harvest, fermentation and drying. Louis Products shares its founder and chocolatier with Maison Chatelain, a related pâtisserie in Quito.
