OBSIDIO is a Prešov-based company specializing in 3D scanning of cars, parts and machine components with metrology-grade accuracy of ±0.025 mm. Using a handheld metrological scanner, they capture surfaces without contact, avoiding risk to paint or delicate materials. From these scans, they build editable CAD models for reverse engineering, produce custom PPF (paint protection film) cutting templates based on real vehicle measurements rather than generic databases, and also apply the film themselves. Their process covers everything from scanning to final CAD output or a finished, applied film, serving clients needing replacement parts, custom templates, or precise digital models for CNC and 3D printing.
