PMS Academy (Planning and Management Solutions)

PMS Academy, also known as Planning and Management Solutions, provides professional training, research and consultancy services to public and private institutions. Its work spans financial management, monitoring and evaluation, ICT, governance and leadership. The academy has delivered over 40 professional programmes with more than 15 senior expert facilitators, training across 9 countries. Clients include government ministries and agencies such as Tanzania's Ministry of Finance, PO-RALG, TARURA, RUWASA and the Roads Fund Board. Recent assignments include training needs assessments, results-based financing training, strategic planning workshops, e-government training and the development of finance and M&E manuals for public sector bodies, supporting institutional capacity building.
