Praesidium

Praesidium is a Riyadh-based company operating two divisions that work together on projects. The low-current (ELV) division designs, installs, programs, hands over and maintains CCTV, access control, intercom, network, audio and backup-power systems. The contracting and decor division handles interior finishing, interior and exterior decor, landscape and design, taking projects from idea to handover. The company follows a consistent process across both divisions: consultation and design, execution, testing and handover, and follow-up support and maintenance after handover. Clients can contact either division directly or submit their details and be routed to the right team, with both divisions coordinating on shared projects such as cabling and finishing.
