R∴L∴ n°1 Fraternité Universelle is a regular Masonic lodge working under the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, meeting in the Orient of Douala under the auspices of the Grande Loge Unie du Cameroun. Composed of free men of good morals, the lodge works the first three degrees according to transmitted ritual and particular regulations. It holds ritual meetings two to three times a month, hosts fraternal gatherings, and conducts charitable action led by the Hospitalier for those in need. Joining is a personal and voluntary process: a written request to the Secretary opens a path of inquiries and interviews lasting several months. Interested individuals can write to the lodge's secretariat.
