Routenrabe

Routenrabe is a manual shipment monitor built for small freight forwarding companies and their dispatch teams. It brings planned and overdue deliveries into one shared view, helping teams spot open issues earlier instead of relying on scattered emails, notes, or individual memory. Rather than automating decisions, Routenrabe supports a deliberately manual process: the team still records, checks, and decides, while the tool provides a common overview for the next call or action. Shipments can be entered individually or imported via CSV. Currently offered as an MVP, the product is being tested through a small, manageable pilot with dispatch teams to see whether shared visibility genuinely helps daily operations.
