S-DOT Smoke

S-DOT Smoke is a licensed, health-certified BBQ catering company based in Elizabeth, NJ, serving private events across New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Founded by pitmaster Shawn Vincent, who draws on his Haitian and Jamaican heritage, the company slow-smokes meats, fish and sides using Caribbean marinades combined with real hardwood smoke. The menu includes chicken, pork, sausages, burgers, hot dogs, smoked fish such as red snapper and salmon, and sides like mac and cheese, coleslaw and Caribbean rice and beans. Every catering menu is customized to guest count and budget, with options for backyard parties, birthdays and wedding receptions.
