Salona Rooms

Salona Rooms occupies the old lighthouse keepers' quarters on Liebig Street in Warrnambool, combining a licensed coast kitchen with a six-table, wool-felt card room. There is no wagering, no gaming machines, no entry fee and no online play — every hand is dealt in person and counters track points only, collected at close. Seating is capped at sixty-eight, keeping the room intimate enough to hear across the felt. The kitchen serves food sourced from Lady Bay and the surrounding paddocks, alongside Henty wine. Seasonal Saturday sittings shift earlier so guests can watch southern right whales before dinner. The venue is for adults 18 and over, open Tuesday to Sunday.
