Shared Understanding

Shared Understanding is a personal project by Henrik Wahlberg exploring how people with different perspectives can make sense of complexity together, seeing more than any individual could alone. Originating from a series of LinkedIn articles on leadership, AI, and business analysis, the project evolved into a deeper inquiry into collective understanding. It presents this exploration through a book and articles, inviting readers to engage with questions about perspective, communication, and insight in collaborative settings. The site serves as an invitation to join this ongoing inquiry rather than offering a traditional product or service.
