Founded in 2017 by Doug Shy, the company started with a single desk and a handful of carrier contacts and has grown while keeping its phone-first, relationship-driven approach. Dispatchers handle loads for FTL, curtainsider and reefer freight, aiming to give smaller fleets the same attention larger operations receive. The business also donates a portion of every load booked to community organisations, including the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Legacy Australia and Angel Flight Australia.
