Suara records the tally so each owner can confirm their own weight and the announced total without exposing how neighbours voted. The service is aimed at owners in vertical housing associations who face unverifiable arithmetic and narrow voting margins on costly decisions like facade repairs. Suara is an independently run Indonesian company; it does not manage buildings, chair meetings, hold funds, or rule on the legal validity of resolutions.
